Corn Casserole
16oz shredded chedder cheese
1 can cream corn
1 can whole corn
1 box Jiffy Mix Corn Muffins
8oz sour cream
Save about 1/2 cup of shredded cheese ( set aside ). Mixed everything else together. Put in casserole dish. Top with 1/2cup shredded cheese.
Bake 400* til top is melted and slightly brown about 15mins

If using glass or anything other tan a metal pan reduce temp to 350* so you don't burn the sides or bottom.
